ONLINE/INTERNET SALES REPRESENTATIVE Surplus Service is in the high growth Green sustainability Reuse and Recycle industry.? Our reverse logistics model ?Upcycles? depleted electronics giving them a second life via reuse, refurbish, data removal, resale or eco-friendly recycling.? Work with online customers to sell surplus, returned goods, obsolete and overstock merchandise via the internet. The Online/Internet Sales Representative is responsible for writing descriptions for merchandise, posting merchandise on the web, managing inquiries, demonstrations and selling products. You will be measured on new business and attaining sales targets for online sales. Reports to the Inside Sales Manager and is a liaison with the sales and operations to develop and implement suitable internet marketing strategy for products and solutions. The position will work in our Santa Clara, facility and possible home. ????????? Performance is evaluated on finding low cost source merchandise that can be sold for profit.? ?? ????????? Monitor bids and sales of products online ????????? Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a timely fashion ????????? Explain and write technical topics to non-technical people ? ????????? Strong knowledge of the internet, eBay, MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point ????????? Excellent computer skills including knowledge of software and internet browsing ????????? Excellent verbal and written communication and teamwork skills ????????? Develop and maintain SEO plans, internet marketing and coordinate team implementation ????????? Knowledge and experience with electronics is a plus ????????? Must have strong customer service skills. ????????? Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field ????????? Minimum 2 -5 years merchandising and web experience ????????? Knowledge of direct marketing and online merchandising ????????? General knowledge of the function and applications of electronics and technology ????????? Clear understanding of SEO Search Engine Optimization ????????? Comprehensive understanding of HTML, JavaScript and Google AdWords ?????????
